99% of Facebook Employees 'Like' Mark Zuckerberg

Facebook's founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been voted America's most popular CEO.

Ninety-nine percent of employees at the social network saying they 'like' their hoodie-wearing boss, according to a recent survey by job site Glassdoor.

A year ago, Zuckerberg's approval score was 85 percent.

The increase in Zuckerberg's popularity could be attributed to the fact that Facebook had not gone public yet at the time of last year's survey. Or it could just be that Zuckerberg has fired everyone who disliked him – or defriended them.

"The CEOs who are most successful in gaining employee approval are those who paint a clear vision of what the company is setting out to achieve and how it's going to get there," Glassdoor co-founder and CEO Robert Hohman said in a statement. "To be recognized by your employees as a strong leader also comes as a result of having a solid company culture that helps employees foster the skills necessary to move business forward and meet the needs of customers."

Another CEO on Glassdoor's top 50 list was Larry Page of Google. Page ranked as the 11th most popular CEO this year. His 95 percent approval rating remained unchanged compared to last year.
