East Haven, CT - (WORLD STOCK WIRE) - July 21, 2009 — Steadfast Holdings Group, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: STDF) through its Banx and Green Group, Inc. subsidiary has hired Ryan Bowen to head its Marketing Department and represent the Company for all press events and assist in the growth of all markets for the parent company and all of its subsidiaries. Mr. Bowen brings a wealth of knowledge and ability with his diverse background.

Mr. Bowen started his professional life with 14 years as a professional baseball pitcher mainly in the Houston Astros and Florida Marlin organizations. This arena also provided significant access to successful associates in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico where the company expects to expand its sales and manufacturing operations.

After retiring from baseball, Mr. Bowen became a successful National Accounts Manager for Network Associates and Software medium where he is credited with having consolidated the network security ini! tiative of numerous private and public companies as well as government agencies with nodes up to 8,000. He went on to work in the banking industry and earned licenses to sell mutual funds, Group 1 Life, Health and Variable Annuities (Series 6, Series 63). Mr. Bowen worked in this capacity for J.P. Morgan Chase and Comerica Bank as a Licensed Personal Banker where he managed a portfolio of business of more than $30,000,000.

In 2007, Mr. Bowen co-founded VarsityTown Collegiate Development which is active in building dormitories for various colleges and universities. We intend to offer our products for the next round of building for these organizations. In addition, he is an active member of the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association.

Mr. Bowen is a motivational speaker. He speaks to corporate leadership groups and youth groups nationally.
